A surprisingly pleasant escape
The staff's friendliness truly stood out, making our stay memorable. We found the rooms impeccably clean and the beds so comfortable after long days.
However, the breakfast options were a bit disappointing—just muffins and juice due to renovations. Having no microwave was also inconvenient.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant visit, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement, and navigating the nearby traffic circle was a bit of a hassle.

great stay with some improvements needed
The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth check-in process for my family, even when we arrived at different times. Our room was very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hotel stay.
However, I did notice that the common areas seemed a bit neglected.

Comfortable stay with some quirks
I enjoyed a restful night after a long drive in a spacious room. The bed provided great comfort, although I heard the elevator occasionally. Breakfast was a treat, with a friendly staff member making the morning brighter. However, the area felt a bit isolated—bring snacks!

Recommend it for families
The beds were comfortable and I really liked how the staff were super friendly. They let my family check in without me even being there, that was just. great peace of mind.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still worth it.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02convenient locationhot breakfastspacious bathroomnoisy neighbors
The location sits right off the highway, surrounded by a great mix of restaurants and a grocery store, handy for supplies. The hot breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring do-it-yourself waffles, fresh fruit, and various breakfast options that pleased my whole group.
The walls felt thinner than I'd hoped. I could hear the guests above me moving around, making sleep difficult at times. In the handicap room, while the bathroom was spacious, it lacked enough grab bars, and the shower curtain's height led to water issues on the floor. Housekeeping also seemed sparse. I had to wait longer than usual for towel replacements and trash disposal.

The stay included a helpful and friendly staff across all shifts, enhancing the experience. The comfortable beds in our rooms were a standout feature after long days at a softball tournament. However, check-in could be streamlined further as it felt slightly disorganized, and while the food was decent, it could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few adjustments would elevate the experience.
